A collection of things I’ve made, grown, fixed, broken, learned, and loved.

a Life Kayotic
what is this place?
One day there’s a sketchbook page.
The next day there’s a recipe that accidentally turned out amazing.
Then a story about spending three hours fixing a website bug only to discover a missing semicolon.
Then a photo of a tomato that somehow survived against all odds.
Not because any of those topics are connected. Because the person experiencing them is connected.
Not a store…
A workshop of life.
Not a pristine workshop in the slightest. Much like life, the space is messy well loved with half-finished projects and never-ending organization issues.
You’ll find paint on the floor, dirt on the boots, and a sketchbook, or three, sprawled about for those moments of random inspiration. Maybe you’ll spot a soldering iron sitting next to a bowl of Lucky Charms.
Welcome to the place where things are being made because making things is fun. And there is nowhere else I’d rather be than creating, unless, of course, I’m gaming.
Sketchbook
Drawing, painting, gluing, and glittering… this is a not-so-sacred place for all those things that creep out my brain and haunt my inner child. I assure you, I am fine. Everything is fine.

Recipes, cooking failures, and unexpected victories. Most of the best things I’ve made were accidents.

Gaming
Worlds, stories, and XP for the win! Whether it’s designing a world, creating illogical arrays, or spending 50 hours building a fort. It’s all fair game in the gaming world.

Artist Life
Essays, reflections, strange observations, and questions with no answers. Nobody knows what they’re doing. That’s the thing, but let’s overanalyze it all anyways!

One year ago I converted my one-car garage into a studio. I gathered up all of my art supplies (they were EVERYWHERE) and moved them into the studio. I had a want. I had a need. I had this interest inside, begging me all the time to just make something. Anything. But I didn’t...
